Below is a news report on this awful accident:
Our deepest condolences go out to the Dowtin family. Losing a loved one is never easy, but the pain is made even worse when your loved one is taken from you in a sudden and unexpected manner. It also has to be infuriating to think about the "what ifs" associated with this terrible accident. For example, what if the at-fault driver had exercised reasonable care and not drited into oncoming traffic? Maybe this tragic wreck could have been avoided.
