On the way to work this morning I observed a serious accident in Virginia Beach. The accident happened around 8:45 a.m. on Atlantic Avenue and 60th Street. Both cars were flipped over. Traffic will be backed up for some time. Given the severity of the impact the injuries will likely be serious.
