Bay, State See More Boating Accidents in 2009 | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

My colleague Emily Mapp Brannon noted that most boating accidents are avoidable or preventable in a post to the Norfolk Injuryboard. She also suggested that a current initiative to require licensing and training for Virginia boaters move more rapidly.
