As North Carolina car accident victims’ attorneys, we have seen the aftermath of many tragic accidents. But for something so terrible to have happen to someone who was performing a good deed is heartbreaking. We will keep this woman in our thoughts and wish her a full recovery.

Unfortunately, many people are injured or killed while dealing with car troubles or wrecks by the side of the highway. We must never underestimate the speed and size of passing vehicles when we venture onto a roadway by foot.
