Hit-and-Run Accidents Hurt Victims, At-Fault Drivers | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

My colleague Randy Appleton has posted an interesting item to the Norfolk Injuryboard about a group of drivers who pursued and briefly blocked in a suspect in a I-64 hit-and-run accident until a state trooper could arrive. The story, reported by the Virginian-Pilot, raises issues regarding why it is essential to stop when you are involved in a traffic accident.
