North Carolina Car Accident Injures Cyclist | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

Gregory Sidden was enjoying a bike ride when he was hit by a car. Reports indicate the at-fault driver was turning left off of Center Road in Yadkin County, North Carolina (NC), when he failed to see Sidden on his bike.

Sidden was admitted to Baptist Medical Center for treatment of his injuries. The extent of his injuries are unknown, but usually when a bike rider is hit by a car, the injuries are extensive.

The at-fault driver was charged with a failure to yield traffic violation, according to wxii12.com.

Sidden may need weeks, or even months, to fully recover from his bike accident injuries. He will likely incur medical bills and be forced to take time off work. Sidden and his family should not be forced to bear this burden. He should consider speaking to an NC car accident injury lawyer to discuss his legal options.
