In his latest post to our firm’s Norfolk Injuryboard, my colleague John C. takes notes of an announcement by the Eastern Virginia Medical School recently expanded its enrollment in advanced training programs for physician assistants and surgical assistants. John explains that PAs’ and surgical assistants’ responsibilities are growing along with their numbers, which means these health professionals must be held to highest standards for protecting patients’ safety.
