FRA and NTSB Cite Fatigue as Contributing to Railroad Accidents

My colleague Randy Appleton wrote about the growing problem of fatigue and human error in railroad accidents. According to a study by the FRA, 40 percent of rail wrecks are due to human mistakes and 1 in 4 of these incidents are due to fatigue.
