The Virginia Personal Injury Lawyers’ Perspective
Bus accidents can be devastating because of the number of passengers it carries and because most buses are not equipped with, or do not require riders to utilize, seat belts. If you or a loved one suffered a serious injury as a result of a bus accident, we urge you to contact a Virginia (VA) personal injury lawyer as soon as possible to discuss your rights. When passengers are injured, they can legally file a lawsuit against the bus company and attempt to seek monetary compensation for costs associated with the injury, any lost wages, need for rehabilitation or therapy, and pain and suffering. The proper parties must be identified for your claim early on by your attorney, to determine who can be sued your lawyer will need to consider the specific facts of your case. Each injured occupant, although injured in the same accident, will have unique injuries, losses and potential claims for compensation. In some cases multiple parties can be held liable and our personal injury attorneys can provide a confidential analysis of such issues
