PORTSMOUTH – Marine Cpl. Chris Ferry has nothing but praise for Portsmouth Naval Medical Center, where he’s recovering from an explosion in Iraq that mangled his left hand. Former Army infantryman Jonathan Bartlett is mostly pleased about the care he got at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, where he was treated after losing both legs in combat.
