One of the most frequently asked questions is what is my case worth?

My law partner John C. just drafted a FAQ, a frequently asked questions article, on our fim's website trying to help people with this question which often arises out of car wrecks with injuries.  Every day I am answering cold calls from potential clients who want to know the answer to the question:  "What will the insurance company pay me?" or "What is the value of my case?"  A good personal injury lawyer should wait until they have all the facts before giving a specific number to a client as to what to expect in terms of the case value for settlement purposes.  A lot of factors go into what the case is worth that the attorney will only know after they collect the medical bills and records and after the client/patient has reached maximum medical improvement from the injuries suffered in a car crash.  Please take a look at John's recent FAQ discussing these issues.
