Did you know that more than 11,000 people die in drunk driving accident annually? We as personal injury attorneys in Virginia find this fact both appalling and infuriating. And that is why our personal injury lawyers make it a mission to punish convicted drunk drivers in civil court. If a drunk driver is convicted of injuring or killing an innocent person, we aggressively sue them in a personal injury lawsuit for compensatory and sometimes punitive damages.

Driving drunk has been proven to lead to much more dangerous risks behind the wheel. Drunk drivers are confused, have slow reflexes, impaired perception and judgment, and may even pass out behind the wheel.
