Posted on Nov 17, 2008VIRGINIA BEACH - An unlicensed teenager driving at 85 mph on a city street, not drunken driving or street racing, caused the brutal accident on Great Neck Road that killed three youths on Nov. 19, experts said Wednesday. The announcement by Commonwealth's Attorney Harvey L. Bryant and police came 10 days after a two-vehicle crash killed brothers Alonzo Jarmon, 18, and Michael Jarmon, 16, and their cousin, Shaqwane Williams, 10.
